I’m having a major issue with my Pi Network wallet. When I enter my 24-word passphrase, my balance shows zero, even though I have 1,068 Pi transferred to my wallet. On top of that, my fingerprint authentication keeps failing, preventing me from accessing my funds.

I have spent six years mining Pi, and now it feels like all my hard work is about to be wasted due to a login issue. My balance is visible in my account, but I can’t use or access it.

I need an immediate solution from Pi Network! What should I do? Has anyone else faced this problem? Losing my Pi due to a technical issue is unacceptable!
