Pi Network KYC Verification Fails to Process My ID Photo

I am experiencing issues with Pi Network’s KYC verification process. The app requires me to upload a photo of my ID (both front and back), but every time I do, I receive the error:

"Image extraction failed. Unable to extract the face from the ID photo. Please try again."

I have repeatedly tried uploading different versions of my ID photo, ensuring they are clear and well-lit, yet the system keeps rejecting them.

If anyone has faced a similar issue and found a solution, please let me know. This is preventing me from completing my Pi Network verification.
