Pi Network KYC Still Not Approved After Waiting Since 2020

I have been waiting for my Pi Network KYC verification to be approved. I have been a member since 2020, but my KYC process still has not been completed. Could you please help me? I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own, even though I have tried many times. Honestly, I believe that if anyone can solve this problem, it would be you. I am expecting your help. Thank you. I am currently on Step 7.
