I Face Unauthorized Transfer of My Pi Coins After 3 Years of Mining

I have been mining on Pi Network for three years, but recently I experienced a serious and unexpected loss. Every single Pi coin in my account was withdrawn without my permission. Based on what I observed, the system itself may have triggered the transfer automatically. The moment my account lock was lifted, multiple rapid withdrawal attempts—possibly 100 to 150 in total—were made within the same second, targeting two different wallet addresses. One of these attempts succeeded instantly.
I had stayed up until 3:15 AM to unlock my balance, but when I checked, everything was already gone. This makes me suspect that a programmed script was set to monitor my balance and transfer it the moment the lock ended. To make matters worse, when I tried to view the transfer details, Pi Network’s system displayed a vague and unhelpful message, almost as if mocking the situation.
A simple extra layer of security—such as requiring a verification code sent to my phone or email before any transfer—could have prevented this theft. I urge Pi Network to investigate, restore my lost coins, and immediately implement stronger withdrawal security to protect all users from similar incidents.
