I have been mining Pi Coin for four years, yet now my entire transferable balance has been reset to zero. Why did this happen? I was assured that mined coins would never be erased, yet everything I worked for has disappeared without explanation.

I need urgent clarification on why my balance was wiped. If there was a technical issue or policy change, users should have been notified in advance. Losing four years of mining progress with no warning is completely unacceptable.

Pi Network, restore my balance immediately! I demand a clear answer and an immediate solution. Users have invested time and effort into mining Pi, and their coins should not be erased without reason!
