Verify the charge;
• Check your bank/credit card statement
• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the charge
Check subscription status;
• Log in → Pdfgo → Account → Billing/Subscription
• Confirm:
– Whether a subscription exists
– Auto-renew status
• Screenshot the subscription page
Check where it was purchased;
• If via App Store (iOS):
– Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
– Find Pdfgo → Cancel if present
• If via Google Play (Android):
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Find Pdfgo → Cancel
• Screenshot subscription status
Contact Pdfgo Support clearly;
• State:
– You never agreed to a subscription
– You did not authorize the charge
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (bank + subscription page)
• Ask them to:
– Refund the charge
– Cancel any active subscription
– Provide written confirmation
