PayPal App Stuck on White Screen When Trying to Open Account – Needs Immediate Fix

I downloaded the PayPal app to open an account, but after clicking the 'Open Account' button, I was met with a completely blank white screen. I waited for nearly 1.5 hours, and nothing changed. I don’t understand why the app is displaying a white screen, but it’s preventing me from creating an account.
