Payoneer Won’t Let Me Log In Due to Security Question Loop

I opened my Payoneer account about 4 years ago but hadn’t used it for a long time. Now I need to use it again to receive a freelance payment from abroad. When I try to log in, the system asks me to answer a security question, but all my answers are marked incorrect, and I can no longer remember the exact answer after all this time. I want to reset this security question or access my account through an alternative verification method.

Even though all my account details—such as my phone number and email—are up to date and belong to me, the system does not allow me to proceed. I have reset my password multiple times and can successfully change it, but every time I try to log in, I am redirected back to the security question screen. When I check the reset options, I am stuck in the same loop—being told to “reset your password” or “try from your phone,” but each time I am asked the same security question again, and the issue remains unresolved.

For the past 5 days, I have been emailing Payoneer support and have sent at least 3 separate emails, but each time I only receive generic, template responses with no real solution. When I try to connect to live support, the website becomes extremely slow or crashes, making it impossible to communicate. Both the website and the mobile app are slow and unstable, which makes the situation even worse.

Right now, a foreign company is trying to send me a freelance payment via Payoneer, but I cannot access my account, so I cannot confirm that my account is ready, and I am unable to receive the payment. I need to inform the company, but due to this access issue on Payoneer’s side, I am being negatively affected.

I request that Payoneer provide a clear, personalized solution that allows me to reset my security question or access my account through identity verification or another secure method. Instead of generic responses, I expect a proper review of my case and a clear explanation of why this issue is occurring. I want secure access to my account restored and a transparent explanation of why this process has become blocked.
