Payoneer Support Sends Only Automated Replies for Login Issue

After logging into my Payoneer account, I am asked to answer a security question, but I cannot remember the answer at all. Since creating the security question when I first opened the account, I have not been able to log in successfully again, and I currently cannot access my account.

I contacted the support team, but I only received automated responses. Even though I changed my password, the same security question screen keeps appearing, and the issue continues, preventing me from using my account.

I request that Payoneer reset my security question and take the necessary steps so that I can regain access to my account.
