Payoneer TikTok Payment of $201.80 Missing After Three Days

I use my Payoneer account to withdraw the income I earn from TikTok live streams. On Saturday night, I withdrew a payment of $201.80 from TikTok to Payoneer. The transaction appears as completed/approved in my Payoneer account, but even after three days, the money still has not reached my account.

During this period, I changed my TikTok username, so my current username is different from the one I had when I received the payment. The email address registered to my Payoneer account is also an old email address that I no longer actively use. I suspect that the difference in my username and email information may be contributing to the delay.

There is no pending status or error message shown in my transaction history, yet I am experiencing financial difficulties because the payment has not been credited to my account. Therefore, I request a clear explanation of the reason for this delay and that the $201.80 payment from TikTok be credited to my account as soon as possible.
