Paltalk is a huge letdown. At first, I thought it was a real chat service, but I quickly saw that most of the conversations looked fake and weren't being watched closely. The real nightmare started when I chose to delete my account. I did everything they told me to do, sent several requests to delete my account, and even emailed support three times, but my account was never deleted. Paltalk didn't listen to my request and eventually blocked all of my emails. A business should not keep user data without their permission. I doubt their legitimacy because they won't respect privacy or give proper support, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
