Paidwork Account Reset Caused Loss of Earnings and No Resolution

I am submitting this complaint directly against Paidwork and its support team due to a serious issue with my account and the earnings I had accumulated on the platform. On 27.03.2026, Paidwork stopped recognizing my username and password and I could no longer log into my account. In order to regain access, I recreated the account using exactly the same username and password, but after doing this, all the earnings I had previously accumulated disappeared from my account. I am using Paclidwrk frocluclmlnr uj-Napoca, Romania, and the balance that was deleted from my accounclt was alpproximatenr 212 RON. After noticing that my earnings were missing, I contacted Paidwork support multiple times. Each time, they gave me different deadlines for resolving the situation, but none of these deadlines were respected. For the past two months, I have repeatedly written to them and every time I have been postponed without a concrete solution, which has made me feel ignored and treated unfairly. With this complaint, I request that my deleted balance of 212 RON be fully restored to my Paidwork account and that I receive a clear and final resolution to this login and account issue. In addition, I expect that in the future my account will not be deleted or reset again in such a way that I lose my accumulated earnings, and that Paidwork will ensure that this situation does not repeat itself for me or for other users.
