Oyunfor Held My Payment and Refused to Provide Refund Proof

I created an account on oyunfor.com and on 21.06.2026 I made a payment of ₺17,500 by credit card to top up my account. After the payment, the site asked me to send photos for identity and payment verification. I sent all the requested documents and information completely. Despite this, I was later informed that my payment was considered invalid. My money was not refunded to my card and I did not receive any proof or document showing that a refund was processed. I have all the chat records and proof of payment. During my communication with support, an agent using the name “Erkut” handled my case, and I believe fake names were used and my personal information was taken but no transparent information was provided about my refund. I request that my payment of ₺17,500 be urgently and fully refunded to my credit card and that written and clear proof of the refund transaction be shared with me. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my personal information to be handled securely.
