On my QNB Finansbank card statement, I noticed a $116 charge under the name Opodo Prime Annual, even though I never approved or initiated any such transaction. I did not receive any email, notification, membership confirmation, or authorization request from Opodo, and I never subscribed to anything.
When I contacted my bank after noticing the charge, they informed me that the statement only showed Opodo as the merchant and provided no further details. I absolutely do not accept that Opodo charged my card without any prior communication, agreement, or consent.
I request the immediate and full refund of the unauthorized Opodo Prime Annual charge and demand that any related membership—if one was created without my knowledge—be completely canceled.
