If you wish to cancel your flight booked with Opodo, you can usually do this online under “My trips”. Please note, however, that canceling does not automatically mean a refund. The amount of the refund depends on the fare conditions, insurance and the service booked. Cheap tickets are often non-refundable.
Opodo charges an administration fee per ticket, unless you have selected the Standard or Premium option. Go to “My Trips” and request the cancellation there.
In some cases, you will need to contact the airline directly to request the cancellation. Opodo will let you know how to proceed in such cases.
If your ticket has a free cancel option or you have purchased the “Cancel for any reason” option, you can cancel directly by clicking on “Cancel now”.
