Opel Insignia Turbo Problem Not Fixed After Repair at the Service

When the engine fault warning light came on in my Opel Insignia, I had the vehicle towed to the İzmir Opel Arkas Service on September 1, 2025. The car waited at the service center for about two weeks before being inspected. After the inspection, I was informed that several turbo-related parts needed replacement, and the repair cost would be approximately ₺70,206. I approved the repair and waited around ten days for the parts to arrive. Once the parts came, the repairs were completed, and I received my car on September 17, 2025. The car remained in the garage for a week, and the first time I drove it again, the engine fault light came back on. Since I was told I had a one-year towing right after the repair, I contacted Opel for towing assistance. However, I was informed that the vehicle could not be towed to Arkas Service for free and that free towing was only available to the nearest service center. They suggested towing it from Akhisar to the Balıkesir Opel Service, but both service centers were about 100 km away. I eventually sent the car back to Arkas Service using my insurance towing service. This time, the vehicle stayed in the service center for five days, between October 12 and 18, 2025. I was told that no malfunction was found and no errors were detected in the system, so my car was returned. The next day, when I tried to use the car again, the engine fault light reappeared. I tried calling İzmir Arkas Service, but after half an hour of trying, I couldn’t reach anyone. Losing confidence in their repair work, I consulted a trusted Opel mechanic in Akhisar, who confirmed that the turbo issue and an oil leak persisted and that the repair had not been properly done. Despite paying the full amount, the repair was incomplete, and unnecessary parts were replaced, leaving me at a loss. I paid ₺70,206 in total, and the car was not under warranty. All work was carried out at İzmir Arkas Service. I request a full refund or reimbursement for repairs I will have done by another mechanic, along with an apology and an explanation as to why I was denied towing service. I demand that my grievance be resolved.
