Opel Grandland Electric Rear Stop Lamp Sealing Defect

I own an Opel Grandland Electric and I have been experiencing a problem with the rear long stop lamp since September 2025. Insects are entering the inside of the rear stop lamp and stains have started to form inside the lamp. This situation both spoils the visual appearance of the vehicle and causes concern about the sealing and quality of the part. I applied to the authorized Opel service Çetaş in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, and also spoke with Opel Turkey customer service. During my conversation with the customer representative, I was told that the situation was caused by external factors, that insects such as mosquitoes and flies should be evaluated as rodents, and therefore the part could not be replaced under warranty. I do not find this explanation reasonable, because I believe that insects entering a closed lighting group indicate a sealing or assembly problem with the part. For this reason, I request that the rear long stop lamp of my Opel Grandland Electric be replaced with a new one under warranty and that this problem be resolved without any cost to me.
