Opel Corsa Engine Problem Not Fixed Despite Multiple Service Visits

I own a 2022 Opel Corsa that has been serviced exclusively at authorized Opel service centers, including Antoto. Since around the summer of 2023, I have been experiencing a recurring engine-related issue, primarily involving low oil pressure and excessive oil consumption warnings. This problem has persisted for about a year and, despite numerous service visits, it has never been permanently resolved.

During this time, multiple engine-related parts and components were replaced under warranty. However, the same issue continued to reappear, clearly indicating that this is a chronic defect rather than an isolated incident. Although my vehicle was maintained strictly according to the authorized service schedule, at one point my warranty claim was rejected on the grounds of “insufficient maintenance,” and I was charged for a repair that should have been covered under warranty. Later, through communication with Opel customer service, I learned that this explanation was incorrect and that I had been wrongly charged.

In addition to the unresolved mechanical issue, the way the service and warranty process has been handled is deeply concerning. There have been inconsistent and contradictory decisions between Opel and the authorized service, a chronic fault that remains unresolved, and an unjust charge imposed on me. Over the past year, I have had to visit authorized service centers more than 5–6 times for the same issue, spending long periods with a malfunctioning vehicle. This has caused significant inconvenience, loss of time, and at times left me without a car when I needed it most.

Despite all these issues, the only resolution offered to me was two complimentary services and approximately $930, which I find completely inadequate compared to the scale of the problem and the losses I have experienced. My vehicle is still under warranty, and I am not only requesting a refund of the unjust repair cost but also a fair and comprehensive resolution.

Due to the ongoing and unresolved nature of this defect, as well as the mismanagement of the warranty process, I request either a full replacement of my vehicle or compensation based on its current market value. Additionally, I demand a full refund of the incorrectly charged repair costs and appropriate compensation for the prolonged loss of use and inconvenience I have endured.

I am experiencing a chronic engine fault in my Opel Corsa. Since the summer of 2023, there have been oil pressure and performance issues. I have gone to the authorized Opel service center repeatedly; different parts were replaced but the problem persists. The service never called me back, constantly showing a delaying and irresponsible attitude. The car is still under warranty and was offered 30,000 TL for depreciation, which I find unfair. I am demanding a replacement.
