OmeTV Visa Prepaid Card Rejected When Trying to Remove Ban

I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing on Ome TV with removing my ban. When I try to pay to remove the ban using my Visa prepaid card, the system shows the message “this card cannot be used” and does not allow the payment to go through. The same Visa prepaid card works without any problem on other websites and applications, so the issue seems to be specific to Ome TV. Because of this, I am unable to remove the ban even though I am willing and able to pay. I kindly request that you check why my Visa prepaid card is being blocked on your system, remove any restriction that prevents me from using it, or provide an alternative secure payment method so I can successfully remove the ban.
