I Need OmeTV to Remove an Incorrect Restriction on My Account


I am writing regarding my OmeTV account, which has been inaccessible for approximately one week due to what I believe is a misunderstanding. Without receiving a clear explanation, warning, or detailed reason for the action taken against my account, my access was blocked and I am no longer able to use the service.
