OmeTV Keeps Banning My Account Despite Recent Payment

I was unfairly banned while using the OmeTV application on my iPhone. On 05/09/2026 at 10:51 PM, I made a payment of approximately $13 to continue using the application, but less than half an hour after making the payment, I was banned again. The screen only shows a message claiming that there were many complaints from other users.

My OmeTV account ID number is 376855198. I do not believe that I violated any rules, and despite having recently paid for the service, having my access blocked in this way is both unfair and extremely frustrating. I request that OmeTV remove this unjust ban from my account and allow me to use the service I paid for without further problems or restrictions.
