OmeTV iPhone App Not Opening for 7 Days Despite Reinstall and Restart

I have been completely unable to open the OmeTV app on my iPhone for approximately one week. Every time I try to launch it, the app simply does not open and gives no response — leaving me unable to use the service at all.
During this time I deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone, but neither step made any difference — the app still does not work. Despite trying everything within my own means, I have been unable to resolve the issue.
I am requesting that OmeTV investigate this problem and take the necessary technical steps to get the app working properly again on iPhone devices.
