OmeTV Incorrectly Says I'm Underage and Blocks My Account
I have been using Ome TV on my iPhone (iOS 17) in the United States with the same account and no changes to my age or date of birth information. Despite being over the age limit, the system suddenly started claiming that I am not of age and will not allow me to access the service. This issue began last month and has been ongoing since then. I did not change my account details, and I do not know how to create another account, so I have only been using this one. To resolve the problem, I contacted Ome TV support by email, but I have not received any response. As I am legally over the age limit, I kindly request that my account and age verification be reviewed and corrected and that my access to Ome TV be reactivated if possible, or that I receive a clear explanation of why I am being restricted.
