OmeTV App Freezes After 5 Seconds Every Time I Try to Chat

I'm having a serious issue with the OmeTV app. Every time I enter the app, it freezes within 4 to 5 seconds. The screen lags so badly that I can’t communicate with the person on the other end. This happens consistently, and the app becomes completely unusable. I’ve tried everything to fix it—restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, switching networks—but nothing works.

What’s even more frustrating is that I had already been unfairly banned for a month just before this issue started. I expected to use the app normally after that period ended, but now I can’t even get past a few seconds without the whole thing freezing up. This is unacceptable for an app people are paying for.

I’m demanding an immediate fix to this technical issue. OmeTV should also ensure users get proper support when the app fails. Please resolve this urgently—it's completely unusable in its current state.
