Ome Tv Customer Support Ignored My Unfair Ban and Payment Issue

While using the Ome application through the iOS App Store, my account was unfairly banned last night even though I did not violate any platform rules. About an hour ago, I made a payment of approximately $16 through an in-app App Store purchase in order to remove the ban and continue using the application.
Shortly after making the payment, I was unfairly banned again despite not displaying any inappropriate or negative behavior. At the time, I was only using the application normally, and I even have a screenshot/photo proving this situation.
My account is registered with the email address u**************@gmail.com. After paying approximately $16, I expected my account to remain active without further issues, so being banned again created serious frustration and damaged my trust in the platform. So far, I have also been unable to reach any customer service representative regarding this issue.
I request the removal of this unfair ban, the reactivation of my account, and compensation for the problems and inconvenience I experienced related to the payment I made.
