I Want OmeTV to Remove My Unfair Account Ban

I have been using OmeTV on my iPhone 16, and a few days ago, my account was suddenly banned without any valid reason. When I try to access the application, I only see the message “You are banned,” and I am completely unable to use the service. I have not violated any rules to my knowledge, and I have not made any in‑app purchases on this device. I also tried to contact OmeTV support about this situation, but have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing. I request that my account be reviewed urgently and that this unjust ban be removed so that I can use OmeTV again. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for the ban, if there is any misunderstanding, so that it can be corrected.
