OME TV Banned My Account Without Reason While Using the Web Version

I am 25 years old and I usually use the OME TV web version on my iPhone through the browser. Today, for the first time, I received a ban on my account even though I did not violate any rules to my knowledge. At the moment of the ban I was simply talking normally with a girl of my age, without any inappropriate behaviour. I am surprised that my account has been blocked while, during my use of the platform, I have seen many underage users connected. This makes the situation feel even more unfair, as I am an adult using the service correctly. I kindly request that you review my case, explain clearly the specific reason for the ban, and, if there is no valid violation, remove the block on my account so I can use your service again.
