Ome TV Ban After Sharing Instagram Handle Sparks Complaint

While using the Ome TV app today, my account was suddenly banned after an incident that occurred during a chat. The person I was matched with asked for my Instagram account on their own, and I simply shared my username in response. I genuinely did not know that this was against Ome TV’s rules.

Even though I did not use any insults, profanity, threats, or engage in any harmful behavior, I was banned solely for typing my Instagram username, and I am now unable to use the app. I was using the account entirely for free.

I request that the ban decision be reviewed and that my ban be lifted, since this was a good-faith mistake. I had no intention of violating the rules, and I want to continue using the app while being more careful to follow the rules in the future.
