I Want OmeTV to Re-Verify My Age and Restore My Access
I am using OmeTV on an iPhone 15 Pro in Turkey and my account was suddenly banned due to an alleged age restriction, even though this was a mistake. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation; the account was just blocked unexpectedly. I kindly request that my age be checked again correctly and that this unjust ban be lifted after the necessary review. Until now I have not been able to use the service because of this sudden ban, and I would like my access to be restored as soon as possible after re-verification. I expect OmeTV to review my situation, correct this erroneous age assessment, remove the ban on my account and inform me about the result.
