I Paid ₺399 to Lift Ban on Ome TV but Lost "Accept/Reject" Feature

After being banned from the Ome TV app, I was informed that I needed to pay ₺399 to lift the restriction. I followed the instructions and made the payment. While the ban was immediately removed, the "Accept/Reject" options disappeared from my screen, making the app unusable as intended. Additionally, despite using an iPhone, the app constantly pairs me with Android users, which is not what I prefer. I am frustrated by these ongoing issues and expect Ome TV to promptly restore the "Accept/Reject" feature and address the pairing problem. If no action is taken, I will consider escalating this matter further.
