Although I chose a 1‑week package, my money was deducted again on April 17 without my consent, which I understand as an unauthorized renewal. I did not approve any further charges beyond the initial 1‑week subscription, and I was not clearly informed that the subscription would automatically renew. I only noticed the second charge today, and I have not yet been able to reach anyone from your support team or my bank about this issue. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately, as I no longer want to use this service, and that the amount charged again on April 17 be fully refunded to my payment method.
