If OFX left your transfer stuck for days with no updates and you want to get it released;

Check the transfer status and details first;

• Log in to your OFX account → Transfers and note the transfer reference number
• Check the current status (pending, processing, awaiting funds, compliance review, etc.)
• Confirm the send/receive currencies, amount, and beneficiary details
• Review your email (including spam) for any OFX requests or compliance messages

Confirm funding and verification;

• Make sure your source funds were received by OFX (bank debit completed)
• Check whether your identity/KYC verification is fully approved
• Confirm no additional documents (source of funds, invoice, ID) are pending

Contact OFX Support and escalate clearly;

• State that your transfer has been stuck for days with no status update
• Provide the transfer reference number, amount, and dates
• Mention whether funds were already debited from your bank
• Ask for a ticket number if one isn’t already open

Ask them to;

• Explain the exact reason for the delay (compliance check, banking delay, missing info)
• Manually review and release the transfer if possible
