Nivea Men Derma Control Clinical Deodorant Leaks Gas

I ordered Nivea Men Derma Control Clinical 150 ml deodorants through the Gratis app and picked them up from a store in mid-June. I am experiencing an issue with these products. I had previously purchased the same deodorant, and I once noticed that one of the cans had emptied on its own while simply sitting unused. At the time, I assumed it was an isolated incident and did not consider it a serious issue. However, the exact same problem has now occurred with the two products I purchased most recently, so I feel the need to report it.

Even though I used the deodorants normally, the spray cans eventually became completely empty on their own, without any impact, damage, or improper storage. When I noticed what had happened, the products were no longer usable because the gas had apparently escaped on its own. I did not keep the boxes, so I currently only have the products and the inconvenience I experienced as evidence of the issue.

I request that the products be investigated and, if necessary, checked based on their batch or serial numbers. I also request an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, for the products that were wasted. To prevent similar problems from occurring in the future, I kindly ask that the necessary checks be carried out both during manufacturing and at the store level.
