Unknown Subscription Charge From thenebulaap Needs Refund

On April 10 or 11, 2026, I noticed a charge of 61 CAD from SGT thenebulaap on my BMO Mastercard debit card, even though I do not remember ever subscribing to or authorizing any service from your company. This payment was taken without my clear consent or awareness, and I consider it an unauthorized charge. After seeing the transaction, I contacted my bank, BMO, and their solution was to cancel my card and issue a new one to prevent further charges. However, this does not resolve the existing problem with the 61 CAD payment that has already been taken. I have not received any meaningful response or refund from SGT thenebulaap regarding this unauthorized transaction. I request a full refund of the 61 CAD charged to my card and confirmation that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details has been fully cancelled. I also expect this matter to be reviewed and clarified, as I do not remember subscribing to your service at all and do not wish to be charged again in the future.
