Unauthorized Diamond Charges and Account Restriction on Mobile Legends

Hello, on 04.08.2024, I made a purchase of 1000 diamonds through your game app. However, on 05.08.2024, the same purchase was shown again on my account, but I neither made this purchase nor received any additional diamonds. This month, another charge was made from my account on 05.09.2024 for 490 TL, yet the corresponding diamonds were not credited to my account. Following these issues, I requested a refund from Apple, but then the game administrators penalized me, claiming I tried to load diamonds fraudulently, resulting in a negative diamond balance and account restriction. Now, they are asking me to purchase another 490 TL worth of diamonds to reactivate my account.

Here’s the problem: I originally purchased a 1000 diamond package, which was correctly credited to my account. Later, my bank account was charged again for another 1000 diamonds without my consent, and no diamonds were credited this time. When I requested a refund, it was denied, and I was penalized with a -1000 diamond balance and account restrictions. Now, you are asking for an additional 980 TL without justification, despite already having received 490 TL from me for which I didn’t get any service.

Your in-game AI customer service doesn’t even understand my issue. If my account is not restored immediately and fairly, I will proceed with legal action. I am not asking for a refund as my bank and Apple can handle that dispute, but there is no justification for restricting my account in-game! Please address this issue promptly and restore my account to its original state!
