Mobile Legends Matchmaking Is Unfair to Veteran Players

I am a long-time Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player who has spent years investing both time and a significant amount of money into this game. Unfortunately, I feel that the game no longer values its veteran players, despite continuing to generate revenue from us. This has become increasingly frustrating and disappointing over the years.
Even though I currently have 150 stars, the matchmaking system regularly places me with teammates who have as few as 10 stars or less. At the same time, the opposing team is often filled with highly skilled, organized players, including global-ranked competitors. This creates a severe imbalance and leaves matches feeling unfair before they even begin.
This problem has persisted for approximately four years. During that time, I have repeatedly submitted feedback through in-game support and other communication channels. Despite countless reports and complaints from players, I have not seen any meaningful improvements to the matchmaking system. As a result, the enjoyment I once found in the game has completely disappeared.
It is unacceptable that loyal and experienced players who have supported the game for years continue to be ignored. A competitive game should reward dedication, skill, and progression rather than placing veteran players at a constant disadvantage through unbalanced matchmaking.
I request that Mobile Legends urgently review and redesign its matchmaking system to ensure fair star-level and skill-based balancing. Players should be matched with and against others of comparable rank, experience, and performance. Long-term players who have invested years into the game should not continue to face this level of imbalance.
Unless meaningful improvements are made to the matchmaking system, I do not intend to continue playing the game.
