Minichat Bans My Account for "User Complaints" With No Specific Reason Given
My Minichat account, ID number 387009120, which I use on iOS, has been banned for about 30 days on the grounds of "user complaints." However, I haven't engaged in any behavior that would violate the community guidelines, and no clear explanation has been given to me regarding which rule I supposedly violated.
Having my account closed simply on the general grounds of "user complaints" has made me feel unjustly punished and wronged. Even though I haven't paid any fee, not being able to access an account I've used for a long time is seriously distressing to me.
I am requesting a thorough review of my account, a clear and concrete explanation of exactly which rule I violated (if any), and — if there is in fact no violation — the removal of the 30-day ban applied to my account.
