Minichat Permanently Bans My Account Over One Unintentional Camera Moment

While using the video chat feature on the Minichat app, I received a permanent ban because, in a moment of carelessness, my younger sibling briefly came into view of the phone's camera. Despite having no ill intent or inappropriate behavior involved, having my account completely closed over just this brief, unintentional moment has left me deeply wronged.
I am over 18 years old, a legal adult, and I have spent a significant amount of money on the app so far; I had also previously purchased a Premium membership. Having my account — which I've used for a long time and invested effort into — permanently closed this way has affected me negatively, both financially and emotionally.
My account has now been closed for about 26 days, and during this time I haven't been able to use the app at all. I am requesting a detailed review of my account, under my ID number 380436219, and that — taking into account that this was a brief, unintentional incident — my permanent ban be lifted and my account reopened.
