MiniChat Banned Me After a Live Stream Showing Only a Wall

I am writing about an unfair ban that I received on MiniChat while I was doing a live video. During the live, I had my camera turned only toward the wall and I was not doing anything that violated the rules or showed any inappropriate content. Despite this, I first received a single warning and then my account was banned for about 700 hours, as shown in the attached screenshot. I believe this ban is a mistake, because my live content did not include any breach of the platform’s policies. I kindly request that my account be reviewed carefully and that the ban be removed so I can use MiniChat again normally.
