MiniChat Account Wrongfully Banned as Minor – Remove Ban
My Minichat account with the ID 356008*** has been unfairly banned with the reason stated as “minor/underage.” I use the application on an iPhone 11 and on 07/11/2025, when I tried to log in, I saw a screen saying that I am banned for being underage. The photo shown on the ban screen is not mine at all, and I confirm that this is a clear mistake. I believe there has been confusion or an incorrect report about my account, and as a result my account has been wrongly blocked at the login stage. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the incorrect “minor/underage” ban be removed, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible, since this restriction is based on a photo that does not belong to me and an incorrect evaluation.
