MiniChat Account Banned for Incorrect Underage Classification

I am writing to complain about the sudden ban of my account on the Minichat application. About one hour ago, my account with ID 397980*** was banned with the stated reason that I am underage. I am an adult and I do not accept this reason for the ban, as it does not reflect my real age or my situation. Before this sudden ban, I was using the application normally without any violations or warnings. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the ban on my account be completely removed, and that I receive an official apology for incorrectly classifying me as underage. I also ask to be informed clearly of the basis on which this decision was taken and to have my access to the service fully restored.
