Minichat Account Banned as Underage Despite Being an Adult

I am writing regarding a problem with my Minichat account on the iOS application. My account with the username “Adam” was blocked around 18/04/2026 with the message that I am banned because I am underage. This decision is incorrect and my account was wrongly classified as belonging to a minor. I am an adult and I meet the age requirements of the platform. Because of this mistake, I lost access to my account and cannot use the application. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and that the ban for “underage” be removed as soon as possible so that my account can be reopened and I can continue using Minichat normally.
