MiniChat Account Wrongly Banned as Underage Due to Young Appearance

I am writing regarding the unjust ban of my Minichat account on the mobile application. On or around 2026/10/3, my account with ID 365119*** was suddenly blocked and a message appeared stating that I am banned because I am “not an adult”. I am in fact over the legal age, and the only reason for this situation seems to be that I look younger than my actual age. I did not violate any rules or behave inappropriately on the platform, so I believe this automatic decision is incorrect and unfair. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that my age status be reviewed based on proper verification rather than appearance alone, so that I can continue using Minichat normally again.
