MiniChat Account Banned Again After Paying Unban Fee

I am writing to complain about an unjust ban on my MiniChat account on my iPhone. About ten minutes ago, my account suddenly became blocked and now, when I try to use the app, it only shows that I am “banned” without giving any explanation. Previously, I paid 39 SAR specifically to remove a ban from my account, and after paying, I was banned again without any clear reason or violation from my side. My MiniChat username is ID364296***. I request that my account be unbanned immediately and that I receive a clear explanation of why I was banned again after I had already paid 39 SAR to remove the previous ban.
