I Am Asking Minichat Support to Lift My Account Restriction After an Honest Mistake

Hello Minichat Support, My account on the Minichat iOS app was banned on 30 August 2026 after I briefly appeared on video with my younger brother, who is a minor. He was visible only for a short moment, there was no inappropriate or harmful content of any kind, and the situation happened unintentionally. My account ID is 402246481. I fully understand and respect your safety rules regarding minors and I see why these rules are important. In this case, it was an honest mistake, and I took it as a warning to be even more careful. I will make sure from now on that no minors appear in my camera frame or in any of my video chats again. I kindly ask you to review my case and reconsider the permanent ban on my account. I would really appreciate it if you could remove the ban or reduce the penalty, so that I can continue using Minichat in full compliance with your community guidelines.
