Minichat Account Banned By Mistake - Underage Detection

I am writing regarding my Minichat account on the iOS mobile app, which was banned two days ago for alleged underage use. While I was using the app, my younger brother unexpectedly appeared in front of the camera, and right after that my account was automatically banned with the reason shown as “minor”. I am over 18 years old and I am the primary and only owner of this account. I fully understand and respect your community guidelines and safety rules regarding minors, and I will make sure that no minors appear on camera again while I am using the app. I kindly request that you review my case, reconsider the decision, and lift the ban on my account so that I can continue using Minichat in compliance with the rules.
