If ManyChat keeps charging you after canceling,
Verify cancellation status first;
• Go to: Settings → Billing
• Check status:
– “Pending cancellation” = still active until period ends
– “Active” = cancellation failed
• Important:
– Cancellation is NOT immediate
– Charges may still happen if invoice was already generated
Cancel properly (again if needed);
• Use website only (not mobile app)
• Click:
– Cancel Subscription → Confirm
• If you used PayPal:
– Cancel automatic payments in PayPal too
Otherwise, billing may continue.
Request a refund;
• ManyChat allows refunds if:
– Within first 30 days
– Or due to technical issues
• Write:
– “I canceled but I’m still being charged. I request a refund.”
• Submit via support form:
– Billing → Refund request
• Include:
– Payment proof
– Cancellation screenshot
