MadMuscles keeps declining my cancellation request, how can I fully close my account?

If MadMuscles keeps declining your cancellation request, make sure you cancel the subscription through the correct platform (MadMuscles website, Apple App Store, or Google Play) at least 24 hours before the next billing date, because late cancels won’t stop charges and often look like “declined” attempts.

Before deleting your account, cancel the subscription first in your account settings so future billing stops; deleting the app alone won’t cancel anything.

To fully close your account after cancellation, use the “Delete account” feature inside the MadMuscles app under Me → Account, but know this immediately removes your data and access.

If support isn’t responding, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
