I was instantly banned from the Litmatch app during a normal conversation that contained no profanity or insults, and no reason was provided. When I tried to log back into the app, I saw no explanation for the ban, and I have been unable to access my account for several minutes now.
Because I did not receive any response the last time I contacted the support section, I believe this ban is arbitrary and unfair. Even though I did not violate any rules, my access was cut off instantly, which has both harmed me as a user and seriously damaged my trust in the app.
I request that my unfairly banned account be reinstated as soon as possible and that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for this ban.
