Litmatch Blocks Account for “Community Guidelines” Without Details
My Litmatch account was banned two days ago with the message “account blocked due to community guidelines.” During a live session, I was simply chatting, and when I tried to say hello properly, I got banned the moment I typed a normal greeting. I did not use any profanity, insults, hate speech, or anything I would consider to be against the rules.
I believe the ban is unfair because I was not given clear information about what I supposedly violated. I received no prior warning, and Litmatch did not clearly tell me which message was considered a problem. Since that day, I have been unable to access my account and cannot use the platform.
Even though I tried to reach Litmatch support channels, I have not received any response so far. I request that my account be reviewed again along with the chat logs, that the decision be corrected and my account reinstated if I was banned unfairly just for saying hello, and that I be given a detailed written explanation.
